1. Website purchases
bookeargo.com does not currently collect payment for BookEar GO products or subscriptions directly.
2. Google Play purchases
Paid app features, when enabled, are offered through Google Play Billing. Google processes the transaction and its purchase, cancellation, and refund rules may apply. BookEar GO does not receive your full payment-card details.
3. BookEar GO Pro
BookEar GO may offer Pro as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. The final price and included benefits are those displayed in the app and Google Play at the time of purchase. A valid entitlement is intended to remain available to the purchasing Google account, subject to Google Play availability and valid purchase status.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, or otherwise invalidated, the related Pro entitlement may be removed.

If you have a purchase issue, contact support@bookeargo.com. Please include only the information needed to identify the issue. Do not email payment-card numbers or passwords.
